Ike Turner - Rocks The Blues download free

You got a good one here buntzen, I'm a bit jealous. Wasn't aware of this record and I'm curious as to what the tracks on it actually are. Looking at the discography in John Collis's biography there is no mention of these tracks coming out as singles. Therefore I presume they were unreleased material recorded in the 50s by Modern. I seem to remember a story about the Bihari Brothers who owned Modern giving Ike some session time because he was writing arranging and producing for them, but not sure if any of the session got released. I suppose this LP would be a cash-in when Ike and Tina got successful. Hey Miss Tina is meant to be the same tune as 'Cubano Jump'. The Way You Used to Treat Me is a Bobby Bland song which Turner played guitar, I wonder if this is a different version? I think a lot of this material is available now on the CDs Ike's Instrumentals and That Kat Sure Could Play!. Rocking stuff, hope I can pick one of these up one day for a bit less than 100 dollars.
