While my interest for drum 'n bass has really died down over the years thanks to the oodles of boring techstep/darkstep that gets released nowadays, this cd never ceases to impress me, showcasing many of the superb early outings Full Cycle came out with back then. However, the mix by Krust on CD2 is what really steals the show. Here, Krust blends one superb beatblaster after another to a jawdropping effect, before peaking with Roni Size's classic "Snapshot" and Krust's own "Kloakin' Device", a pouncing monster complete with evil spoken word vocals and snarling bass. Need an adrenaline booster? Look no further.
